We had a very late and last minute check-in, due to a late flight to Orlando Sandford International, we made it to hotel just a few minutes before midnight, front desk staff very polite. Only stayed for the night to catch another flight in the early am. Hampton Inn never disappoints us: always spotless, nice toiletries, nice breakfast choices. Nice neighborhood, about 15 minutes from airport. I wish they had airport shuttle, Uber costed us about $ 25.- for the night and $20,- to come back in the morning; but was a good choice for my family.

the location inside the colonial park plaza is wonderful! it’s close to the airport. I could walk to Publix, f&d cantina, multiple restaurants, take a walk or jog with many tree covered streets. The pool area & bathrooms/pool house is quiet, beautifully landscaped & hidden. The room (king) was very clean and well thought out with hooks, kitchen appliances, and sink. the staff at the front desk were the sweetest and most customer friendly I’d seen in a long time time👍

The hotel is well located in a calm and secure area with a large superstore that is accessible by foot. The hotel is modern and cosy. Our room was spacious with even an area with a sofa and a microwave which is useful. The bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast is also included and there are many options, you can even make your own fresh waffle.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel, and since I have small kids, my main concern is always cleanliness when staying in hotels. We had a great experience, as this hotel was very clean, organized, and conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from stores and restaurants. They also offered a good choice of breakfast. Overall, it was very convenient and absolutely recommended!

The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable, close to everything and everyone in the family. Breakfast was tasty as well. They were very helpful with the bags because my elderly family was with me, and that was one thing we definitely needed to check in and out.

THe breakfast was great. I needed an early check in time and they were very accommodating and helpful. Parking was free and very convenient.

Located in a "business-type" area- safe and well lit. Very clean. Check-in quick and easy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Parking in front and back of hotel with security doors in both entry locations. Checkout seamless on the App.

we were evacuating from hurricane Ian this location took our pets and made us feel very welcome. the breakfasts were hot and tasty with a great variety of options being offered (loved the oatmeal). Our room was pretty clean. overall, it was an excellent stay with a very courteous staff and clean facility
